Overview
Our In-House Dental Benefits Plan is available to patients without traditional dental insurance. After payment of an annual fee, members receive preventive care, emergency visit support, and a discount on our usual and customary fees.

A treatment plan will be provided showing our regular fees and your discounted rates. Coverage is in effect for one year following payment of enrollment fees.
Included care
2 regular dental checkups.
- Exams
- Necessary yearly X-rays
- Regular dental cleaning
- Oral hygiene instruction
- Oral cancer screening
- Periodontal evaluation
- 2 fluoride treatments per year
Periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing will receive a discount.
Emergency visits
Unlimited emergency visits.
Includes problem-focused exam and X-rays, if necessary.
Member discount
20% off usual and customary fees.
Excluding Invisalign, whitening, and Botox.
